February 2021
Dear Prayer Partners,
Thank you for your prayers for our family as we travel abroad telling people of the need in the country of Hungary. We are thankful that there has been minimal snow during most of our travels up north so far and that God has kept us safe. We have been able to stay at Woodcrest Baptist Church in Fridley, Minnesota, as a base during these winter months. We are blessed to be able to stay with them, and I enjoyed getting to preach for the church and teach a high school Bible class for a couple of days while we have been here.
One of the churches we visited in Box Elder, South Dakota, was near Mount Rushmore. It was truly spectacular to be able to see that monument in person! We also visited the world’s only corn palace. It was fun for both us and the kids.
We praise the Lord for an answer to prayer for our support to be at 25% by the end of January! We are eager to raise our full support, of course, but we rejoice in this milestone and answer to prayer.
Prayer requests:
• Continued safety as we travel
• God to raise up laborers for His harvest
• Jake’s back pain relief
• Divine appointments with the Gospel
• Grace to learn Hungarian
Both 2020 and 2021 have been interesting years for our our nation. Just remember, the only reason we are still here on earth and not with the Lord is that He is not willing that any should perish. I believe we may be in some of the best days for the advance of the Gospel.
May God bless you all,
Jake & Ramona Allen
